From I-45 N (heading northwest toward Bayou Vista): Head northwest on I-45 N. Take exit 7A toward TX-3/TX-146/Texas City/La Marque. Continue onto Texas City Wye. Continue onto TX-146 N/TX-197 Loop N. Use the right two lanes to turn slightly right onto TX-197 Loop N. The pregnancy center will be on the right.
